Volunteering opportunities

We offer a variety of volunteering opportunities including:

Catering

You will work with our Food Matters Development Worker to provide healthy food options for our childcare as well as develop your customer services skills in providing healthy food options in the café. If you can spare a minimum of 3 hours a week you will gain hands on experience in catering and a level 2 food safety qualification.

Environmental Champions

You will work with our neighbourhood development worker to support a programme of environmental projects including looking after our neighbourhood green space, supporting our community clean ups and awareness raising environmental work. If you can spare 1 hour a week you will gain hands on experience in environmental management.

Early years

You will work with our childcare team to provide a quality childcare provision. If you can spare 3 hours a week you will gain hands on experience in childcare and a certificate in peadiatric first aid.

Office administration

You will work within our core staff team supporting a range of projects. If you can spare 2 hours per week you will gain hands on experience of working in an office environment.
