Live Well

Stay in Touch service

by Antonia Dunn on March 11, 2021

On Friday 5th March 2021, our CEO Bernadette Elder was invited to participate in the Salford city council’s very first Live Lounge.

Live Lounge is an opportunity to meet council teams and other organisations to hear more about all the services on offer to help and support people living in Salford with things like improving health and wellbeing, financial help and support, emergency help in a crisis, employment help and advice and improving digital skills.

Bernadette was invited to talk about our “really popular” Stay in Touch service.   If you want to check out what Bernadette had to say, you will find her at 13:30 minutes in:

Happy listening!

The Stay in Touch service:

  • Starts with a wellbeing conversation to understand what is important to the individual
  • Provides signposting to other support if required
  • Supports individuals to join our online wellbeing group
  • Connects people to activities within their own neighbourhoods

If you feel you or someone you know would benefit from this service, please drop us an email at SIT@inspiringcommunitiestogether.co.uk
