Start Well
On 30th April 2018, we received a visit from an OFSTED inspector who spent the whole day joining us in our daily activities, talking to staff and parents and inspecting our paperwork.
The inspection was a great success and we achieved a “GOOD” rating.
Parents had some lovely things to say:
“My child has progressed so much since attending Yogurt Pots”
“Don’t know what I would do without the girls at Yogurt Pots”
“The girls have helped all my children throughout the years, wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are all stars.”
Following the visit, we have been working to engage parents and carers more within the setting, we have set up a parent/carers group and developed an intergenerational project with our Age Well team. Nursery children, parents/carers and older residents are now enjoying taking part in the monthly family sharing lunches.
